Ownership Rights
• Magnetic Fish, LLC will own and claim any rights to the photographs or video images that are created at your request.
• Magnetic Fish, LLC grants you license to use any image or video for promotion and advertising.
Payment
• Payment in full shall be made at the completion of the shoot. Acceptable payment methods are cash, check, credit card, Venmo, or PayPal.
Delivery of Work
• All images and videos will be delivered electronically within 24 hours of the completion of the shoot.
• Still images will be delivered via a Dropbox link. Please download all images to your computer. Upon activation of the MLS listing, the Dropbox link will become inactive.
• Video images will be delivered via a link to the video posted on my YouTube channel.
• Magnetic Fish, LLC is not responsible for any interruption or loss of service of Dropbox or YouTube.
Walkthrough Videography
• Walkthrough videos are branded with the listing agent’s information, unless requested otherwise.
• Walkthrough videos include licensed background music.
Aerial Imaging
• All drone operations are FAA Part 107 licensed.
• All drone operations carry $1M liability insurance.
• All drone operations are subject to weather and FAA Part 107 regulations.
